NMR2
Since 1982, the NMR spectroscopists in the New Mexico area have been meeting about twice a year. The meetings are always on Saturdays, include talks, posters, lunch, and an after-meeting activity. A complete list of dates and speakers is available here

The next NMR2 Meeting (number 82) will be held on Saturday, November 11, 2023 at 101 Clark Hall on the UNM campus.
Saturday, November 11, 2023:
- 8:30 am Bagels, Juice and Coffee -- Poster set up.
- 9:00 am Shin Utsuzawa (Schlumberger), "Low Field NMR (continued)."
- 10:00 am coffee.
- 10:30 Peng Lei (ABQMR), "NMR Characterization of Unfrozen Brine Vein Distribution and Structure in Frozen Systems"
- 11:30 am Introduction of Vendors – Posters.
- 11:45 am Lunch will be at our favorite, Slate Street Cafe. hosted by Bruker.
- 2:00 pm Adam Altenhof (LANL), "35/37Cl SSNMR as a Probe for Paramagnetism in Lanthanide and Actinide Materials"
- 3:00 pm Break -- cookies and more posters, general discussion.
- 3:30 pm Bastiaan Driehuys (Duke University), "Hyperpolarized 129Xe MRI: The journey from the physics lab to the radiology suite"
